Amy Sickels, IBCLC
Amy’s passion to be a compassionate and empowering support for women, partners, and families finds its perfect fit in perinatal care. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Amy provides personalized breastfeeding consultations and eagerly anticipates offering unwavering support and essential resources to families. Growing up in Yoder, Indiana, she has been active in the perinatal field since 2014, when she launched Fort Wayne Doulas, a postpartum doula agency. She has now expanded her services by opening Fort Wayne Lactation, a wellness-focused lactation practice. She believes that the journey is the destination in parenting, and with the right support, even the biggest hurdles can be overcome.
Izabella Hines, CBS
Izabella’s passion for supporting the breastfeeding dyad stems from her love for nutrition, holistic health, and birth. She works to serve and meet you wherever you are in your feeding journey. Izabella grew up in the greater Indianapolis area and moved to Fort Wayne in 2023. She aims to assist families with lactation support and care throughout their entire lactation journey. As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), she collaborates with IBCLCs and pediatricians to provide holistic care for the breastfeeding mother and baby.

Led by Jessica Holzman, an experienced massage therapist, we provide specialized manual therapy services designed to promote optimal health and well-being for people of all ages – from the youngest members of your family to adults seeking deep therapeutic relief. We are proud to create a unique collaborative healthcare space in Fort Wayne, working with trusted professionals to deliver truly holistic care.
